WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?
We are creating grazers to be delivered on weekends only as well as some public holidays. This has changed recently due to other commitments. It also means that all orders will go through the website, unless you require an invoice.
WHERE ARE YOU DELIVERING TO?
We are located in Hawkesbury but are delivering all over Sydney. Delivery fees are available when ordering through the website for up to 50kms from Glossodia, please contact me if you are further than that.
WHAT IS YOUR NEXT AVAILABLE DATE TO BOOK IN?
Please see the About us tab before emailing to see if a particular date is open for bookings. This reduces your disappointment if we are unable to provide for you. We are using our ordering system where you select an available date in the shop section.
DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Yes we do! Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, you name it. If it is an allergy (eg Nuts) please give us as much detail as possible. All intolerances & allergies are highly regarded when it comes to food safety and we do not want to risk anyone's health. Other dietary requirements not listed, please contact directly to see if we can cater to your request prior to ordering.
I'D LIKE TO SEND A GIFT, WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
Once you've decided what gift you'd like to send, we need to know where its going, if you have a time preference, preferably their name and a way to contact yourself/recipient in case we come across trouble when delivering.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED FOR PICK UPS?
We are located in a local Hawkesbury Town of Glossodia, 10 minutes from Windsor. If you select pick up, you will be given further instructions prior to pick up.
